Because shipping rates vary for our larger machines, we will individually price shipping for all orders. After you place your order we will contact you with the total shipping charges.

By purchasing equipment or cleaning solutions manufactured by CROSS-AMERICAN or equipment or chemicals manufactured by others and sold by CROSS-AMERICAN, the purchaser agrees to the following:
CROSS-AMERICAN warrants its equipment to be free of major defects in materials (under normal use) for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Equipment, parts, other components, or accessories manufactured by others but purchased through CROSS-AMERICAN CORPORATION, (including motors, pumps, etc.) are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer. An expanded copy of our warranty may be requested at anytime.
Special orders, including 240V systems and components or purchases of all major cleaning machine equipment 120V will have a no return policy of said product(s), and/or reimbursement of original payment with absolutely no exceptions. All orders, including Special orders must be paid for in full, in advance, prior to production. The customer/purchaser will retain all responsibility of any or all orders. All in-stock parts items will have a 25% restocking fee and must be returned freight pre-paid only with our written authorization. Cleaning or other chemicals or cleaning solutions, unused or used, may not be returned for any reason.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Since our equipment is custom made on order for each individual customer, same customer has up to 48 hours to cancel their order of major cleaning equipment for full refund with exception of any credit card charges, and a cancellation fee of of 20%.
